Orders & Delivery
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery time is typically 3–7 business days after dispatch for orders to the United Kingdom and European Union. Delivery estimates may vary due to carrier delays, public holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is €5.00. Free shipping is available on orders of €35.00 or more. If you shop in another supported currency, the applicable shipping charge and free-shipping threshold will be shown at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Tracking information will be provided after your order has been dispatched, where available. We generally ship using DPD or DHL.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Eligible UK and EU consumers generally have the right to notify us of cancellation within 14 days of receiving their order, subject to applicable consumer law and statutory exceptions. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
Who pays for return shipping?
For eligible change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Where a qualifying product is faulty or defective, AERIOVO will cover reasonable return shipping costs where required.
Where are returns sent?
Approved returns are handled through our return facility in Germany. Please contact AERIOVO Customer Support before returning a product so that we can provide the correct return instructions and address.
Products & Warranty
Do AERIOVO products come with a warranty?
Yes. AERIOVO products are covered by our 12-month limited commercial warranty, subject to the terms of our Warranty Policy. This warranty is in addition to any mandatory statutory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
Which plug type should I choose?
Choose the plug option appropriate for the country where you intend to use the product. We currently offer EU and UK plug options on applicable products. Always check the electrical specifications shown on the individual product page before ordering.
Are EU and UK versions always identical?
Not necessarily. Electrical specifications, including rated power, may vary between regional versions of certain products. Please check the specifications and selected variant on the individual product page before purchasing.
