AERIOVO Warranty Policy
12-Month AERIOVO Limited Warranty
AERIOVO products are covered by a 12-month limited commercial warranty from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.
This warranty is provided at no additional cost and applies to defects in materials or workmanship that arise during normal household use within the warranty period.
What Is Covered
The AERIOVO 12-month limited warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults that occur during normal use of the product in accordance with the supplied instructions.
Where a valid warranty claim is confirmed, AERIOVO will provide an appropriate remedy. Depending on the circumstances, this may include repair, replacement or another appropriate solution.
What Is Not Covered
The commercial warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect or improper handling.
- Damage caused by using the product contrary to the supplied operating or safety instructions.
- Accidental damage caused after delivery.
- Damage resulting from unauthorised modification, disassembly or repair.
- Normal wear and tear that does not result from a manufacturing defect.
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect the normal operation of the product.
- Damage caused by using an unsuitable electrical supply, plug adapter or voltage.
These exclusions apply only to the AERIOVO commercial warranty and do not limit any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
Making a Warranty Claim
To make a warranty claim, please contact AERIOVO Customer Support and provide:
- Your order number or other proof of purchase.
- A description of the problem.
- Photographs or video showing the issue where reasonably required to assess the claim.
- Any other information reasonably necessary to identify the product and investigate the fault.
Please do not return a product before contacting us. If a return is required, AERIOVO will provide the appropriate return instructions.
Return Costs for Valid Warranty Claims
Where a product is confirmed or reasonably determined to be covered by this warranty, AERIOVO will cover reasonable return shipping costs where a return is required.
Replacement Products
Where AERIOVO provides a replacement product under this commercial warranty, the replacement does not reduce or restrict any statutory consumer rights that apply to the original purchase.
EU Consumers
The AERIOVO 12-month commercial warranty is in addition to your statutory rights and does not replace or restrict them.
Consumers purchasing goods in the European Union generally benefit from a minimum 2-year legal guarantee for goods that are faulty or do not conform to the contract. National laws may provide additional protection.
UK Consumers
The AERIOVO 12-month commercial warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law.
Your statutory rights may continue after the AERIOVO commercial warranty has expired. Nothing in this warranty excludes, restricts or otherwise affects those rights.
